Vineyard	The terraced vineyard Wachstum Bodenstein. This is one of the highest vineyards in the Wachau, at 460 meters above sea level, facing south-southwest. The soil is very poor and rocky, containing mica, schist, gneiss and a small amount of brown earth.
Harvest	At the end of November
Vinification	Fermentation and aging in steel tanks. Contact with the yeasts for a few hours.
