Vineyard	Steinriegl, located in Weissenkirchen at approximately 250 m above sea level, planted in 1972. It is characterized by very poor soil, mainly composed of gneiss and limestone.
Harvest	Manual, mid-October
Vinification	Before pressing, the grapes remain in contact with the skins for approximately 10 hours. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks (for approximately 2 months, until mid-December). Subsequently, the wine remains on the fine yeasts until March.
