Vineyard	Seiber, consisting of more than 25 different old riesling varieties planted in 1990. Toni Bodenstein aims to preserve the genetic variability of riesling in the Wachau and has therefore named this wine Wachstum Bodenstein. The soil is very poor and rocky with ancient metamorphic materials such as silica and gneiss.
Harvest	At the end of November
Vinification	Maceration for approximately 15 hours before pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation and then refinement in steel tanks on the lees.
