Vineyard	The Ried Steinriegl vineyard (1STK / Premier Cru) counted for centuries as one of the best in the Südoststeiermark, has been classified as the first STK vineyard since the 2018 vintage. It is located at an altitude of 400-540 meters above sea level, with a slope from 45° to 70° and a soil composed of red slate and quartz.

Vinification	Brief maceration on the skins followed by delicate pressing of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in large used wooden barrels
