Vineyard	The local vineyard called Kitzeck-Sausal, located in the Sausal region, is located near the town of Kitzeck in southern Styria. It is one of Austria's most historic wine regions. The vineyards are located at an altitude between 380 and 650 meters above sea level. with an average slope of up to 80% (among the steepest vineyards in Europe).
Harvest	Manual selective harvest
Vinification	Maceration on the skins for 12 hours followed by spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, where it subsequently matures for 6 months.

Taste impression	This wine is the successor to the 'Kitzeck-Sausal' Gelber Muskateller. It has a delicate aroma of nutmeg, a note reminiscent of grapes, a touch of elderflower, white tropical fruit, minerality and a fresh acidity.
