Vineyard	Xarel-lo: Camp d'Aviació with 33 year old vines. Chardonnay: Sobre Camp de Pujols with 36 year old vines. Pinot noir: El Corral Vell with 12 year old vines. All are located in Finca Les Torres, just below 700 meters above sea level.
Harvest	Manual
Vinification	The Chardonnay and Xarel-lo grapes are fermented in steel for sixteen days at 16°C and aged for months on the yeasts with daily batonnage. Pinot noir ferments in new oak barrels for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Subsequently, the wines are assembled and the second fermentation in the bottle follows, followed by an 80-month aging period on the yeasts.
Taste impression	Complex and elegant bouquet with notes of almonds, hazelnuts, pears, honey and a touch of toasting. Full and round style, hints of white flowers, almonds and toasting. Subtle and persistent effervescence.
