Vineyard Loibenberg, among the best “Einzellagen” (single vineyard) in the Wachau. This vineyard was terraced in the 14th century and reaches an altitude of 420 metres. The soil is made up of gneiss with the presence of loess and clay.
Harvest Manual, mid-October
Vinification After destemming and pressing, the wine is fermented and aged in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The young wine is aged on the fine lees for a few weeks before being bottled.
