Very pure and fine on the nose, with notes of white peach, Granny Smith apple, lychee and a hint of blackcurrant. On the palate, ripe pear fruit and melon, very elegant and a soft structure. The Federspiel is slightly mineral, persistent and well balanced in the aftertaste.
