Vinification	Selection of the grapes upon arrival followed by delicate pressing of the bunches. Fermentation in new 500 liter French oak barrels at a controlled temperature
Wood education	12 months in the same 500 liter French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage. Half of the barrels are new and the rest are second and third year
Taste impression	Seductive bouquet with notes of citrus fruits, white pulp fruit and pear. On the palate, pleasantly juicy with a salty touch and a creamy finish.
