Harvest	Hand-harvested with strict selection in the vineyards.
Vinification	Fully destemmed grapes undergo 25 days of skin maceration with a total of three pumping-overs. This is followed by gentle pressing of the juice and aging in oak barrels.
Wood education	Aging in oak barrels for 14 months, 15% of which are new.
