Vineyard The grapes come from the Naumburger Steinmeister vineyard with plants up to 30 years old and muschelkalk and 'buntsandstein' soil.
Harvest Selective manual harvest.
Vinification 40% of the grapes undergo maceration of the skins followed by 6 months of aging in French oak barrels. The remaining 60% undergoes maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with 6 months of aging on the yeasts after 36 hours of maceration.
Wood education 40% of the grapes undergo maceration with a subsequent 6 months of aging in French oak barrels.
