Deep ruby red color with aromas of black fruits, blueberries, blackberries and plums. Completing the nose: notes of licorice, cardamom with some tertiary notes of coffee and caramel. On the palate it is deep, with surprising freshness and elegance and a fruity finish.

Vineyard	Grapes coming from different plots of the Áster vineyards: El Espino, Fuentecojo and El Picón.
Harvest	Selective manual in 20 kg boxes, from the beginning of October.
Vinification	Cold maceration followed by partial malolactic fermentation, 50% in steel tanks. The other half ferments in used wooden barrels.
Wood education	50% ferments in used wooden barrels for 12 months; Finally, assembly and a further four months of aging in steel tanks. Bottling in September 2022
