Vineyard The Halenberg vineyard in the village of Monzingen is part of the famous V.D.P. Grosse Lage of the Nahe. This vineyard, completely oriented to the east, has a slope ranging from 20% to 70%, with a soil composed of blueschist and quartzite.
Harvest Manual and graduated harvest at the end of October and beginning of November
Vinification Maceration for 6-12 hours followed by slow and delicate pressing of the grapes. Subsequent spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels where it ages for 10 months.
Wood education A part ages in wooden barrels for a period of 10 months.
